Sanctions Compliance Policy
Integrity in Every MoveOrbit operates under strict compliance with all laws, regulations, and ethical standards in every market we serve.
Orbit is fully committed to ensuring compliance with sanctions and strict measures mandated by diverse governing bodies, such as the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). This commitment extends to all parties affiliated with Orbit, encompassing staff members, executives, leadership, investors, corporate partners, representatives, and collaborators.
Key Principles
Implementation
Our compliance framework is overseen by management, supported by clear documentation, internal audits, and regular updates to ensure conformity with evolving regulations.
Reporting & Review
Employees can confidentially report compliance concerns. The policy is reviewed yearly to ensure alignment with current laws and best practices.
Our Compliance Team performs thorough screening and due diligence on all new business relationships, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated. We train employees on sanctions compliance, continuously monitor regulatory changes, and require all staff to report any suspicious activity to the Compliance Team.
We strictly prohibit establishing business relationships with sanctioned parties, their ultimate beneficial owners, or their close associates or family members. All counterparts must sign our Sanctions Compliance Undertaking as part of our standard Terms and Conditions.
Through these measures, Orbit reinforces its commitment to responsible, ethical, and legally compliant business practices.
