To ensure the maintenance of these exceptional standards, we have established a comprehensive Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics, which has received the approval of our Board. This Code functions as a compass for all members of our workforce, including the Board and Management, delineating the anticipated norms of behavior and demeanor within our organization.

These principles lie at the core of our actions and serve as the bedrock of our ethical framework. Our Code exemplifies our dedication to sustainable progress and incorporates globally acknowledged best practices, establishing unambiguous guidelines for the roles, conduct, and performance of our staff.

All employees receive training on our Code and are expected to uphold it daily. Breaches are treated as serious violations of Orbit’s values.
Reporting & Review
Ethics concerns can be raised confidentially through internal channels. This Code is reviewed periodically to reflect our evolving culture and commitments.
Communication: We promote open, transparent communication at all levels and strive to maintain clear and efficient channels of dialogue.
Disciplinary & Resolution Matters: We maintain fair, timely processes for addressing disciplinary issues and resolving disputes. Employees are encouraged to report concerns responsibly.
Integrity and Respect: We uphold the highest standards of integrity and expect all staff to act with honesty, fairness, and respect toward colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Professionalism: Professional conduct is essential in all internal and external interactions. We aim to maintain strong competence and represent Orbit positively at all times.
Confidentiality & Use of Assets: Employees must protect confidential information and use company resources responsibly, safeguarding Orbit’s interests.
Conflict of Interest: Personal interests must never compromise business decisions. Any potential conflicts must be disclosed, with employees acting in Orbit’s best interest.
Teamwork & Work Environment: We foster a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive workplace that values teamwork and mutual support.
Discrimination & Harassment: Orbit maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment of any kind.
Dress Code: Employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance appropriate to their roles.

Any incident should first be reported to the Quality Manager for investigation. If a breach is confirmed, the matter will be escalated to the President, who holds final responsibility for decisions and actions.
